3-Step Process of What Working with our team looks like
Here’s a step-by-step guide to what you can expect:
Step 1: Get in touch!
Give us a call or request a time to speak by clicking “book now.” This 15-20 minute conversation is meant to familiarize our team with your needs, treatment goals and to identify if our office is a good fit for you based on this information.
Step 2: Good fit? Great, let’s get your labs ordered!
Once we’ve established that we’re a good fit, we’ll order a preliminary set of lab work based on your concerns in preparation for our 90-minute investigative deep dive! These labs help us to establish a baseline and form the infrastructure for the most appropriate care plan for you.
During our deep dive Dr. Lyndsey Maher will determine the best plan of action to address your needs and achieve your goals.
Step 3: Our 3- 6- or 12-month Relationship Begins
Our plans of care center around the length of time determined to get you to your ultimate goal. This is not a traditional “fee for service” model, but rather, what is it going to take to get you to the finish line?
Our treatment plans cover your full cost of care including: treatment-recommended supplementation*, associated visits, and specialty testing kits as indicated and determined by your provider.*
*Please be advised, this is not an infinite surplus of supplements or testing kits.

The current Western Healthcare model is based off of fee-for-service, whereby you attend a visit and then you pay for it; making these relationships very transactional and potentially contentious, if even just on the subconscious level.

It is our goal to remove this perceived barrier and never have you leaving our office asking those questions, but rather your primary focus should be on your healing journey.
Additionally, we don’t want these barriers to prevent you from progressing in the proper manner. When we structure care in this way, we help get our patients to their ultimate goals because they have the guidance and accountability through our office’s providers, staff, and curated tools.

Soleil was founded in 2020 by Dr. Lyndsey Maher, a Connecticut-licensed naturopathic doctor. Lyndsey co-directs the clinic with her cousin, nurse practitioner Christina Lakomski. Born during the pandemic, Soleil represents their shared vision for truly personalized, root-cause-focused healthcare.
Dr. Lyndsey brings her global experiences—from Spain to Ecuador—and specialized training in hormone health and fertility to every patient interaction. Meanwhile, Christina combines her engineering background with functional medicine expertise to create analytical yet deeply compassionate treatment plans.
Together, they've assembled a remarkable team of acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and wellness specialists who each contribute unique skills to our integrative approach. What unites them all is a genuine commitment to seeing you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.
